Workshop Facilitation
Workshops can be fun when the right people are present and well prepared, ideas are developed together, important information is discussed, decisions are made, and implementation is initiated.
​
As a workshop moderator, I clarify the objectives with the client, design the process with them and select suitable methods, and provide support in formulating the invitation and the preparatory tasks.
​
During the workshop, I introduce methods, invite contributions, facilitate shared thinking and feeling, summarize, ask questions, ensure that all work materials are ready and breaks are taken in good time. Ideally, this is so unobtrusive and natural that I am almost unnoticed.
